We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Note:
We do not provide return shipping labels unless the item is defective or sent in error. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once verified, we will offer you:

A replacement at no additional cost, or

A full refund, depending on your preference
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

If the returned item is not in its original condition or is received late, only a partial refund may be issued or the return may be rejected.
6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us immediately. After this window, the order may already be in process and cannot be canceled.
9. International Returns (Canada)
Customers in Canada are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on returned items. We are not responsible for international returns lost in transit, so please use a tracked shipping method.
